• Product Information: We strive to display product images, descriptions, and specifications accurately. However, colors, dimensions, and packaging may vary slightly from what is shown on screen.
• Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Errors in pricing will be corrected before order confirmation.
• Availability: Stock levels are updated in real-time. If an item becomes unavailable after order placement, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund.
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only upon our confirmation (order confirmation email).
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
• Custom/personalized orders may have additional terms communicated at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).
• We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
• Payment must be completed for the order to be confirmed. Pending payments may result in order cancellation after a reasonable period.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for production orders.
• Orders are dispatched from our studio in Chennai, India.
• Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and in order confirmation. These are estimates, not guarantees.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated based on weight, destination, and order value. Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹5,000.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, weather, or incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

• Refunds for cancelled or returned orders are processed to the original payment method.
• Refund timelines depend on the payment provider.
• If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us promptly with photos.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion after verification.
• Do not discard the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
